This is an exceptional coffee from Kericho, Kenya, grown at 1500 m.a.s.l. Featuring varietals like Batian, Ruiri 11, SL28, and SL34, this coffee showcases a unique semi-washed anaerobic fermentation process with cider yeast and whole pineapples. The result is a bright, crisp cup with flavor notes of almond, brown sugar, raisin, and lemon. Its five-day fermentation and 14-day drying on African raised beds deliver a well-rounded and balanced profile. We only have a very limited batch of this left but its super unique so grab it while its still here.
